It may not look like much, but (once refurbished) that machine on the left would help the Santiago community in immeasurable ways. This eight-piece machine will help process the coffee beans so that the Mayans do not have to ship off the raw beans to other communities to make a finished product. Currently, the Mayan’s can only complete the back-breaking harvesting. With this machine, they could increase revenue so much, that it could affect as many as 40 families.
